Please note: We are currently only shipping within the United States.

Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our beadable pens, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returns

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your beadable pen arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at rinconcitocreativollc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or design variations.
• Do not send any items back without prior communication and approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or order error, we will notify you once we've received and inspected the item. If eligible, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
